What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging your order, but if your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Email us at pureskinbykayla@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s). We’ll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible! Please note, conflict might need to be resolved through the delivery service.
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
We strive to bring you the products you love as soon as we can! Orders are typically processed within less than 24 hours, however, some orders may take up to 3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Yes! Local pickup is available at Pure Skin and Aesthetics. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout, and we’ll notify you when your order is ready for pickup. Depending on the time the order was placed, orders are typically ready within a few hours!
