How should I prepare for my Facial appointment?
Please arrive on time, and with a bare face. If you are coming from a prior arrangement and cannot remove your makeup, a cleanser will be provided but please note this will cut into your appointment time. This is due to the fact that we will need a bare face for before photos. Try to drink plenty of water and eat prior to your appointment. Please have a detailed list of products you are currently using at home, or bring them with you.
How should I prepare for my lash appointment?
Come with freshly washed lashes. Try not to wear any makeup or creams around the eye area to not affect the taping of the lashes. Please use the restroom prior to your appointment since you will not be allowed to open your eyes for the duration of the appointment. You may bring headphones if you'd like to listen to music/ podcast of your choice, however, you can ask your service provider to play the music of your liking!
How should I prepare for my Wax appointment?
To prepare for your wax appointment, please ensure your hair is at least a quarter inch long for the best results. Shower beforehand to clean and soften your skin, and gently exfoliate the area a day or two before to remove dead skin cells. Avoid heavy lotions or oils on the day of your appointment, as these can interfere with the wax. If you're sensitive to pain, consider taking a mild pain reliever about 30 minutes prior. Arrive with clean, dry skin, and wear loose clothing to stay comfortable afterward.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO CLEAR MY SKIN?
The time it takes for skin to clear or for pigmentation to fade depends on factors like the severity of the condition, skin type, and treatment consistency. For mild cases, visible improvements can begin within 4-6 weeks with proper skincare and treatments. For deeper pigmentation or acne scars, it may take 3-6 months, or even longer. Consistency with professional treatments and at-home care, including sun protection, is key to achieving the best and fastest results.

What is your Late Policy?
Running late? No problem! We just want you to arrive safely. Please communicate with us as soon as you know you’ll be running late. We offer a 15-minute grace period for you to arrive without worry; however, after 15 minutes, we may need to adjust or reschedule your appointment to respect other clients’ bookings. Please note that any time missed due to lateness will be deducted from your treatment time. Please allow the aesthetician the same grace, for whenever she might be running behind. Time behind on the aesthetician's behalf will not be deducted from your treatment time. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to providing you with exceptional care!
Do you offer treatments for sensitive skin?
Absolutely! I customize treatments based on skin type and sensitivities to ensure a gentle approach. I also carry vegan, sensitive skin safe options formulated with your skin in mind!
will lash extensions damage my natural lashes?
Unlike strip lashes or clusters, where glue is applied to the skin, lash extensions are applied to the natural lash at a safe distance from the hair follicle. When applied correctly and maintained properly, your natural lashes should remain healthy!
