-After cleansing, apply a small amount evenly to the face (or targeted areas) using clean hands or a cotton pad.
-Follow with a moisturizer and SPF during the day, as glycolic acid increases sun sensitivity.
-Start with 2–3 times per week to build tolerance, then increase to every other day or daily as skin allows.
-Best used at night to allow skin to renew while you sleep.

-Avoid using at the same time as strong retinoids or other exfoliating acids.
-Slight tingling is normal, but discontinue if burning or irritation occurs.
